As a third-generation native of the Hawley/Lake Wallenpaupack/Lake Ariel region, Will and his wife Abby chose to raise their family where they grew up and created so many childhood memories. When he is not tending to the real estate needs of his clients, he can be found coaching his kid’s sports teams, playing music, photography, and tinkering with technology, drones, etc.

Will entered the real estate industry shortly after graduating from Penn State University and the Smeal College of Business where he received his degree in Accounting with a minor in "The Legal Environment of Business." Realizing his passion early on, he excelled in his real estate coursework which included: urban real estate; economic forces affecting property rights; real estate markets and finance; land-use analysis; government policies, historical performance, land use issues, market valuation, real estate development, and public policy issues.

He is the 2018 Realtor Of The Year for the Pike Wayne Association of Realtors, the 2020 President of the Pike Wayne Association. of Realtors, Chairman of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors' legislative committee, and sits on the Pennsylvania Association Realtors of Board of Directors, Public Policy Coordinating Committee, Keystone Analytics, and the Professional Standards Cooperative Pool.
